- Small, quick off the mark, extremely agile and tough little critters to boot, what Superminis lack in top speed they make up for everywhere else. Just keep them away from the bigger vehicles looking for a fight.
SuperMinis are a class of vehicles appearing in Motorstorm: Apocalypse and MotorStorm RC. They are described as "European Hot Hatches". Although they can take on vehicles such as Dirt Bikes and Buggies, they are also easily wrecked by heavier vehicles, such as Big Rigs and Monster Trucks.

- A SuperMini, the Mirage 101, is the first usable vehicle in the Festival mode in MotorStorm: Apocalypse, specifically during Mash's events.
- SuperMinis are also called Hatchbacks in other versions of the game, including the international version. This would be slightly ironic now given that the current DLC vehicles of this category are not technically hatchbacks - the first is a convertible mini sports car and the second (and most recent one) is a very small open-top track car.
- To date, the SuperMinis are the only vehicle class with a FWD drivetrain.
